January 24 – Barbecue Sauce, three pint jars and two 1/2 pint jars (still tweaking)
January 18 – Citrus Marmalade with Apricots, six 1/2 pint jars and one 4 oz. jar
January 10 – Wineberries with Chocolate, five 1/2 pint jars
